Please be on time or arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

Failure to show up or cancel within 1 hour may result in a future booking restrictions.
